Fourdesire Refund Policy 退款政策

如果你在 Fourdesire 購物後改變心意,可以在交易日期之後 7 天內,向我們提出退款申請。若你的狀況已超出以下退款條件,你仍然可以提出申請,我們會進行審核。

我可以退還哪些商品以取得退款?

你可以在交易日期之後 7 天內,取消購買數位內容,包括虛擬貨幣、主題造型或遊戲或應用程式時耗用的其他道具,前提是你必須尚未開始使用這些遊戲或應用程式內的消耗品。

定期服務

如果你在訂閱服務時享受免費試用,那麼 14 天猶豫期將從您開始免費試用時起算,你在這 14 天內取消將不會被收取任何費用。請留意,Walkr「超級駕駛」並未提供免費試用的服務。

Fortune City「財務長計畫」:

  • 取消訂閱:如果你是「首次訂閱」,你會享有 14 天的免費試用服務,在試用期間內取消訂閱則會在試用期結束後立即生效,反之,在試用期結束後,該訂閱方案將無法取消或退款。你可以在續訂下一個週期之前,最慢於 24 小時內取消訂閱方案,即可停止下一次訂閱週期的扣款
  • 變更方案:如果你希望在任何方案的訂閱期間內進行方案的變更,則你的新訂閱方案會在下一次訂閱週期開始生效。

Walkr「超級駕駛」:

  • 取消訂閱:該商品未提供免費試用服務,訂閱期限為 1 個月,你可以在續訂下一個週期之前,最慢於 24 小時內取消訂閱方案,即可停止下一次訂閱週期的扣款。否則,接下來的每個月將會自動續訂並持續扣款。

如何要求退款

由於 Apple App Store 與 Google Play Store 的訂閱機制不同,請參考以下各平台的退款方法。

Apple App Store

  • 購買後 7 天內前往「蘋果官方回報問題網站」並登入你的 Apple ID
  • 點選「購買紀錄」找出想要退費的訂單項目
  • 點選右側「回報」輸入退費理由後選擇「提交」
  • 收到退款確認信件(某些退款約需數小時的審查時間)
  • 註:第二次以上的退款會直接進入人工審查階段,容易申請失敗,建議透過電子 郵件發問,聯絡 Apple 支援

Google Play Store

  • 購買後 48 小時內前往「Google Play Store」並登入你的 Google 帳戶
  • 點選「訂單記錄」找出想要退費的訂單項目
  • 選取適當的退費原因並填妥表單
  • 收到退款確認信件
  • 註:超過 48 小時請使用 In-app 功能聯繫 Fourdesire 客服專員

If you change your mind after shopping in Fourdesire, you may request a refund within 7 days after the transaction date. If your request does not comply with the following refund terms, you may still submit a request, and we will review it.

What products can I return for a refund?

You may cancel the purchase of digital content within 7 days, including virtual currencies, theme styles, or other props consumed during games/apps. But this is possible only if you have not started using these consumables in the games/apps.

Subscription Services

If you are entitled to free trial when subscribing to the service, then the 14-day hesitation period will be calculated from the moment you start the free trial. You will not be charged any fees for cancelation within these 14 days. Please be advised that free trial is not available for Walkr "Super Pilot."

Fortune City / CFO Program:

  • Cancel subscription: If it is your "first subscription", you will be offered a 14-day free trial. Cancelation of subscription during the trial period will be validated immediately after the trial period ends. If you do so after the trial period ends, you will be unable to cancel or request a refund for the subscription. To stop the payment deduction for the next subscription period, you can cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before it is renewed.
  • Change plan: If you want to change your plan at any point during your subscription, your new plan will come into effect in the next subscription period.

Walkr / Super Pilot:

  • Cancel subscription: There’s no free trial for this product. The subscription term is one month. To stop the payment deduction for the next subscription period, you can cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before it is renewed. Otherwise, it will be automatically renewed every month, and we will continue to deduct the payments.

How to request a refund

As Apple App Store and Google Play Store implement different subscription mechanisms, please refer to their refund methods listed below.

Apple App Store

  • Go to Apple problem reporting website within 7 days after your purchase and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Click Purchase History and find out the item that you want to request a refund for
  • Click the Report button on the right, enter the reason why you want a refund and click Submit
  • Receive a refund confirmation letter (It takes hours to review some refund requests)
  • Note: Refund requests for the second time and above will directly go to the manual review process. The application is likely to fail. We suggest you send your requests via e-mail and contact Apple Support.

Google Play Store

  • Go to Google Play Store within 48 hours after your purchase, and sign in to your Google account
  • Click Order History and find the order you want to return
  • Select the proper reason why you want a refund, and complete the form
  • Receive a refund confirmation letter
  • Note: Please use the In-app function to contact the Fourdesire customer service specialist if it’s more than 48 hours since your purchase.
